I am Part of an Multi Award Winning Team across the Northwest and offer Face to face , mobile and delivery.

I understand exactly how you feel, I have dieted my entire life, tried every diet going!!!!    

So there I was, 3 stone down and wanting to help so many others achieve their weight loss goals, so I became a consultant.  

Then boom... Menopause hits; Low mood and low energy had me reaching for the wrong foods, then a family bereavement knocked me for six, cue even more emotional eating. So I was back up to my heaviest and feeling like a fraud of a consultant. But eventually I managed to re-focus with the help of my own 1:1 consultant. I'm now 1 ½ stone down again and ready to help you on your journey. Believe me when I say I have a lot of empathy and understanding, but I can be firm with you too when you need it. ??

I will be with you every step of the way to support you, and then help you to maintain your 'Goal' weight through healthy eating and lifestyle changes.

I am based in central Ormskirk in a comfortable  home office space, close to town centre so convenient for clients around Aughton, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Burscough and all areas in-between.
