I am Lisa Holistics and I am based at the iconic Braunston Windmill - just between Daventry & Rugby - on the Northamptonshire/Warwickshire border.  Lisa is also the owner and Therapist of Rugby Colonic Hydrotherapy & Food Intolerance Testing.

I successfully lost 3 stone with the 1:1 diet and Kept it off foe 4 years!) I feel so much healthier and energetic and I am passionate about helping you achieve the same results.  I loved my weight loss journey so much…I was easily persuaded to become a 1:1 Consultant myself. So here I am!

I am a Holistic Therapist, so I look at your health as a whole and you as an individual, rather than a one size fits all approach. This means i can offer additional services to support your weight loss journey, whether it be relaxing aromatherapy or hot stone massage, a reiki session or a treatment to reward yourself…maybe a facial or body wrap to celebrate your milestones and successes. I am a qualified and experienced Colonic Hydrotherapist but I appreciate that is not everyones cup of tea!   However, it can be helpful if you have digestive problems, IBS or suffer from constipation.

Braunston windmill is close to both Daventry and Rugby.  Its easy to find - its the only Windmill in Braunston! Appointment is required.

How I work:

I will help you identify the goals that are specific to you and which step of the 1:1 diet is appropriate for you to achieve your goals; encourage you to make appropriate behavioural changes: portion control and how to maintain your weight loss.

• Easy access and plenty of free parking
• Flexible appointments offered - days, evenings and weekends
• Personal one to one 30-minute appointments, or shorter if it suits you!  There is no group weigh-in, or discussions and you don’t have to remove your clothes for measurement or weigh in
• Membership of a closed and supportive Facebook group
