I've had a weight problem from childhood and yo-yo dieted for years.  I lost weight to enable myself to have IVF and then after failed treatment, gained my loss along with several more stone.  I have worked in the NHS for 28 years and I found work becoming harder and harder as well as relying on my family to help with activities at home. 

The plan is tasty to follow and enabled me to take control over food rather than living my life controlled and manipulated by food.  I have so far lost over 10 stone and kept that 10 stone off for around 7 years. 

I had reached a point in my life where I needed to address my weight for the sake of my health, my work and my family life.

With 1:1 the goals which are set by you, I support and am there as needed on a 1:1 basis as the plan says and no other plan out there offers this.  I have just resigned from the NHS as a nurse so that I can fully support others on their journmey as the health benefits of both weight loss and the nutritional value of the 1:1 plan changed my life and as a Nurse wanting to help others is my primary goal.  The sole source enabled me to get every vitamin and mineral I needed to have additional energy to start making changes in my lifestyle as well as diet.
