You may wish to loose just a few pounds or several stones, but I understand what it’s like to carry around unwanted weight. Although I have always been sporty and active I've always been described as a "big girl" and have been overweight all my adult life.
I have "yo-yo" dieted for over 25 years having tried most of the popular diet plans with little success and every time my size increased, my self esteem and confidence plummeted. I realised if I didnt take control of my weight my life expectancy would be shorter!!!!!
However, since starting the 1:1 diet plan I have dropped 4 dress sizes and achieved a healthy BMI. I have more energy, my joints and feet no longer ache, I am fitter, I have more confidence and actually 'like' myself again.

How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
