My before picture is when I first followed CWP (now 1:1 diet) twelve years ago when I lost 5 1/2 stone in 5 1/2 months *. After having a few issues with my thyroid in the last couple of years and a weight gain I returned to the plan in November 2018 as my thyroid issues were now under control with medication. The plan had changed so much, there is much more choice plus my consultant was so supportive this encouraged me to become accredited to support others on their journey too.
