The 1:1 diet has 5 weight loss steps, one will be perfect for you and it will fit with your medical history, your lifetstyle and your own expectation.

If you want total meal replacement this is the quickest weight loss method however there is flexibility within the plan allowing you  to incorporate conventional food on step 2 and above.  We will discuss the best options for you at your initial consultation and this remains ongoing so that you can adapt and flex the plan to suit your current requirement.

If you are on weight loss injections but want to ensure your diet is healthy, the products fit perfectly into your new regime.

At your first consultation you can tell me all about yourself, your medial history and your background and how you want this plan to suit your lifestyle.  We can then decide on the best step for you.
