Hi, I'm Isabelle!

If you are reading this, you are probably feeling like you've tried everything and this is your last shot - I have been there. 

I know how it feels to feel uncomfortable in your own skin. I started struggling with my weight after the birth of my twin boys. After years of trying different diets and exercise plans I stumbled  upon The 1:1 Diet. It made a huge difference for me. I managed to get back to my pre pregnancy weight.

Since then, because life has a little habit to get in the way, I do the plan every year for a few weeks, to keep that last half a stone in check. Even now,  that I am perimenopausal, my trusted plan delivers the loss I need to feel great in my 50s!
