I'm not sure I would have survived lockdown on a weight loss program if it wasn't for Gail. Gail's dedication has meant my supplies have been on stream faultlessly, even delivered new products the week they were launched. Her enthusiasm and encouragment has never waivered supporting my weight loss. Modern technolgy of Facetime, email and phone has meant every small issue or question has been dealt with immediately. During this strange and unique time my pounds have fallen but nothing has stopped Gail's support, advice, encouragement and smile ensuring I have been treated as if I was her only client!

Gail is a lovely person, so supportive, revels with you on your good days and quietly bouys you back up on the not so good days. She is inspirational in what she has achieved and maintained re 1:1.
