I’m Liz, I am a mother to three beautiful children 9, 8 & 5 years old.  I understand how hectic the school runs are, how difficult is it to get the right balance between work life and family life.  

I have battled with my weight the vast majority of my life (always the fat kid) and know firsthand what it is like to feel unattractive and have low self-esteem because of the numbers on those scales. I also know and understand how weight can affect all aspects of your life.

When I discovered Cambridge Weight Plan or as its now known the 1:1 Diet it was a perfect solution for me, no calorie counting, no intensive meal preparation which I really didn’t have time and no wondering what on earth am I going to eat for lunch!! I lost over 7 stone* in 7 months approx. 11 years ago and I’ve still managed to keep it off.

It doesn’t matter if you have a couple of pounds to lose or you have a slightly longer journey ahead I will be here to support and guild you to achieve those weight loss goals and feel fabulous again.

I am an multi award-winning consultant so I know what I am talking about and have the skills and knowledge to guild you effectively. 

I offer shop based appointments morning, daytime, evening & weekends, a flexible approach to suit your needs. I also offer MOBILE appointments & product drops offs FREE of charge to ensure you are on the right track for success. 

You will get the 1:1 support you need to be successful from me via phone/video calls, text messages and weekly face to face contact.

Weightloss rosettes & certificates are given to help you keep motivated & achieve those goals. 

A starter pack is given which includes, trackers, samples of products, pen, measuring tapes to ensure that you have everything you need to be successful, this is all free of charge. 

Free social media support groups where you can interact with all 1:1 dieters if you wish to do so.
