Hi I'm Jen and thank you for taking the time to look at my page. I am an independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant based in Warrington Cheshire. I offer one-to-one support to create a personalised weight-loss plan that suits your lifestyle. Whether you have 1 or 10 stone to lose, get in touch now and lets get you beach body ready! Like most of us I have tried every diet out there. I found it near impossible to stick to any of them. Thinking I'll just have treat day, which turned in to a treat weekend, to oh well I'll start again next week and next week never came. 

I'd lose interest or if I had lost weight I put it all back on again quickly and putting back on more than I lost. Despite constantly being on a 'diet' I was actually gaining weight at a rapid rate of knots! 

I had spent most of my life being over weight, being the fat one of my friends, worried about the next night out and what I was going to wear. Dreading the group photos as I couldn't hold the camera at the right angle to hide myself. 

When my now husband asked me to marry him panic struck. Oh no I'm going to look like a loo roll holder!! 

Then I found Cambridge Weight plan and my life has changed. I have lost over 3 stone* and I got married in a backless dress and not a 5 man tent! 

The plan is so simple to follow and because I lost weight quickly, it kept me on track. I know how hard it is to find a plan that fits in with a hectic lifestyle and keeps you motivated but together we can find the plan which suits you and I will support you until you reach your goal weight and afterwards.
