My journey to a slimmer me: My weight had been creeping up since the birth of my twins who were about to be sitting their final exams and leave the nest. Of course, there were those dreaded graduation family photos coming up. My 'children' were now taller than me and I couldn’t hide my bulging self anymore by standing behind them!
All my life I felt that I needed to lose weight, but a few pounds had turned into a stone and then I decided the ostrich approach of head-in-sand by stopping to weigh myself. At first, I was shocked to find out that I had more than 3 stones to lose but once I started on the 1:1 Diet I became increasingly confident that this was truly achievable.
