Having tried nearly every diet, I was always known as the 1 day dieter and somehow always managed to end up bigger than what I started. After I had my baby I told everyone at work that they wouldn’t recognise me when I came back after my maternity leave. They definitely did as I was the same weight as when I left but minus the baby! This is when I started my journey! The only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner! Trust me, If I can do it YOU Can do it!!
