The main reason I know I will succeed with Elaine as my consultant is because she believes in the plan and she believes in ME.  I don't feel good when I fail sometimes, but she's always there to encourage me and to be non-judgemental. The 1:1 Diet is definitely the better way to succeed and I will succeed with Elaine's help. Thank you Elaine!

I've been with Elaine now for a while and I couldn't be happier, she's the most encouraging consultant you could wish for, she's there for support 24/7 and it really helps she's been through the same process has neat little tips which are great. I choose Elaine because she does mobile visits and comes to me which suits me as I have young children. Even in the snow, Elaine came.
