How can I say this ? Experience ! heres my journey !

I lost 6 stone and then piled it back on again whilst waiting for knee repacement surgery The constant pain dragged me down and saw me comfort eat and very quicly the pounds piled back on. I lost control it was so easy to fall back on bad habits whilst my heath was sufferring

Following two knee replacent operations  I knew I had to get my mojo back and start controlling my appettite. So in August 24 I started back on plan and as of today (December 24) Ive lost 3.5 stone

I had to use the  skills and knowledge that I had gained over the years to make my  weight loss journey fast, smooth and effective! ( much as I do with my clients )
