Like you I was sick of being stuck in the diet cycle. It wasn’t until I started working on my mindset and relationship towards food that things started to change.

We’ve all been conditioned for years with various diets/programmes to believe all sorts about food. I’m here to teach you that no foods are bad foods, it’s how we consume them that becomes the problem.

Free food. Bad foods. Syns. Lower points. Avoid carbs. Cut out all fats.

The truth of the matter is all food has calories. All food can be consumed in a balanced way. Food is allowed to be enjoyed when you have control. There should never be guilt attached to eating when you have a grip on your consumption…

Weight loss is more than losing lbs, it’s breaking the diet cycle. If you’re somebody that has been stuck in the cycle for years, you are the reason I focus heavily on mindset and relationship towards food.

I’ve ALWAYS BATTLED with my weight. I went through diets for all my teens and early 20's. I had children at 21 and 24 years old both were born poorly. I ate my emotions and just became mum.

The moment I hit rock bottom was when I felt so ashamed of my reflection, I took scissors and cut the clothing off my body. I remember crying uncontrollably that big loud heartbreaking cry.

The reality was I lost control. I was addicted to food and didn’t know how to climb out of this rut. I fell into the trap of using food to fix my emotions but all it did was make my headspace worse. I lost my identity. I didn’t know who I was.

Believe me when I say I get it. I understand how much weight gain can affect you both mentally and physically. I understand the struggles you’re facing when you want to make change but can’t succeed.
