I can offer weekly weigh in’s with 1 to 1 support either virtually or face to face to all new and existing clients. I can also have your products posted directly to you anywhere in the UK. So you don't have to leve the comfort of your home.

With 5 flexible weight-loss plans which range from no cooking, using our nutritionally complete meal replacements, to combined plans which include these products alongside your own healthy cooking, there really is a plan and price to suit everybody!

Together we will create a bespoke weight-loss programme just for you.  During your consultations we can unpick habits which may have previously been holding you back to get you feeling happier and healthier again.

I understand everyone’s commitments are different, so I aim to be as flexible as possible. My role is to make your journey as easy as possible.
