My story begins as a frazzled Mum of toddlers, grabbing pretty much anything, just to keep up.  I’d always been chubby and I’d tried every conceivable diet from mad fads to big brands, but when my sister asked me to be her bridesmaid, I found my reason why...ASAP I needed to find ‘the one that works’. 

Inspired by a friend who’d had brilliant results on this diet, I nervously made a start.  I tried to diet in secret, but when my friends saw me swapping my usual cream topped hot chocolate for a coffee, they knew I was up to something.  I certainly couldn't hide it when, in a matter of weeks I'd lost 2.5 stone in time for the wedding and went on to lose 6 stone in total.  I loved the clear boundaries and speedy success this diet gave me, so I became a consultant.

Fast forward 15 years and I'm a Mum to 2 teen boys, life has changed!  The challenge now is maintaining during menopause. But, this plan STILL works! I’m supporting my awesome slimmers and helping them achieve their own results to be proud of.  Everything about this plan has changed my life for the better!
