I have battled with my weight from being in my twenties.  I have done almost every diet that has ever been invented, until I came to a stage where the weight was just not shifting.

 Sheer misery!

I had a serious illness in 2014 and  after treatment, I was left  overweight!   Then advised by the hospital  to lose weight, and to achieve a healthy BMI. 
I had heard amazing things about 1:1 Diet so I decided to give it a go.

My goal wasn't just a number on the scales - my health has improved, I feel fitter and younger, and I can now wear my size 10 skinny jeans! Walking my Dog Holly too!

My confidence has soared and so will yours too!
