I was told go away lose weight

I still remember the moment I was told go away and lose weight. I felt humiliated, ashamed and lost. I went from a size 8 to 18 through ill health coupled with a premature menopause that started at 37.

After losing weight and getting my life back on this diet in 2013, I knew I wanted others to have that chance too. In 2016 I became a full-time diet consultant and love supporting others. You might want to lose but I love what you gain!

Control, confidence, happiness, health, socialising are typical words my dieters use after achieving success. Living life again and not missing out and you realise how you have been hiding.

First time dieting or restarting; it doesn’t matter.

We are all unique and my ongoing support, tailored to you we navigate your pathway together.
