Chocolate was my coping mechanism during a particularly difficult few years while my son was being diagnosed with special-needs and I was shocked to learn that I had literally been eating myself into an early grave; I’d ballooned to 19 stone and become just over the borderline type 2 diabetic - a life-threatening condition as I only have one kidney. I was initially sceptical when my doctor suggested The 1:1 Diet! during my adult life I’d tried pretty much every diet going, with no lasting success, but the alternative was gastric surgery, so I agreed to give it a go.

This diet not only saved my life, it has changed my life forever. Losing all that weight gave me so much confidence; I’m healthier, and so much happier, and I avoided surgery! When I discovered that I could train to be a consultant to help others feel this fantastic, I jumped at the chance.

WHEN, WHERE and HOW:

I have appointments available 7 days a week between 8am-8pm

I work from my home office in Marshland St. James, PE14 8JF and have body composition scales for weigh in's OR if you live elsewhere in the UK I can do Virtual weigh ins via FaceTime and post products to you.

You get daily one to one support between weigh ins, for motivation and the advice needed to help you achieve the fast and effective results that this amazing diet offers.
