We are here to help "YOU"

I have been working with people of all ages and from all walks of life for over six years and I am so passionate about helping people to lose weight and to improve their lifestyles, that I have made this my full-time job.

The results have literally been life-changing for many of my clients, who have regained their confidence and rediscovered their zest for life by following the amazing 1:1 Diet plans.

I am constantly amazed by the dramatic effect that being overweight can have on people's personal and professional lives and it is inspiring (and often brings me to tears) to witness their transformation as they shed the pounds!

This has never been truer with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which has highlighted the additional health risks associated with obesity and high blood pressure, plus many other ailments caused by being overweight.

Naturally, I popped in and met Eleanor and told her my story about being a Cambridge Consultant over three decades ago.
