As a highly experienced multi award winning diet consultant, I'm here to help you achieve lasting, life-changing weightloss.  With over 20 years of experience and a personal weightloss of over 6 stones, I truly understand the challenges of losing weight and, more importantly, keeping it off long term.  I am passionate about supporting you in a tailored way to your needs.
