I have undergone extensive training over the years which enable me to tailor my work with my clients and help them acheive the best results.

With over 17 years experience in weight loss and weight management, I specialise in providing you with support, guidance and motivation. I will help you achieve your weight loss goals - I have tools and strategies that will encourage you and guide you to develop coping mechanisms, live life differently and use food and drink differently.

A bit of background about me - I spent years yo-yo dieting though my teenage years and before having children.  I lost a couple of stone occasionally only to put it all back on. I was a yo-yo dieter and never reached my goal. By the time I had my first child I was 18 1/2 stone. I should have been happy beyond words, but my self-esteem was at an all time low and I was living life feeling miserable but putting on a happy face.

18 years ago I reached my goal weight - if only I had known it could be this easy! 

The 1-2-1 support I experienced on this plan was what I needed - not just to change my weight but also my lifestyle and thinking.

I am passionate about helping others achieve what I did, by providing you with long term support to help you succeed. I believe you need as much support to keep the weight off as you do to get it off.

I have extensive and specialist training in Weight Loss and Weight Management. More importantly I have been there and understand your struggles - those barriers can be broken down and you can achieve your desired weight.
