MY JOURNEY WITH THE 1:1 DIET

After being overweight for most of my adult life, I contacted my fabulous consultant at the end of the January after starting "yet another" well known diet as my new years resolution, and yes giving up again after only 10 days and losing a disappointing 1lb.  I felt very low and desperate!

I immediately felt confident after she contacted me back and booked my initial consultation with her for that week and I started the very next day with a new sense of excitement.

After only 5 days on plan I had lost 8lbs* and continued to lose a weekly 4 to 5lbs after that!

By the June I had dropped from a snug size 24 down to a very comfy fitting size 14 and was even able to buy my first size 12 top in over 10 years!!! I can’t tell you how much more confident I felt at the end of that month on the beach in Corfu!

My journey hasn't always been smooth though as life can throw us challenges along the way that cause us to fall off track (especially as a mum to two young children!) but with the expert support of my consultant (after all she's been through it too!) I was always able to get back on track very quickly and easily and now im here to help you too on your journey.
