I lost over 6 stone* with Cambridge Weight Plan in just over 7 months. I found the diet easy to stick to, liked the products available and the 1:1 counselling definitely worked for me. Penny is my Consultant and has been super supportive and positive throughout the journey. When I first began, Penny helped me understand the principles of the plan and how to get started. I lost weight quickly and Penny was a brilliant cheerleader and we celebrated my success together. 

As time has gone on, I have struggled a little and my weight loss has slowed down. Penny continues to support, listening to my struggles and trying to work with me to find a way back to successful weight loss. Penny is great at suggesting solutions with endless patience. I value her opinion greatly and find the support she offers me priceless.
