A little bit about me as a Consultant. I yoyo dieted for years and had always been big even as a child growing up. I saw the results of the 1:1 Diet and thought, I had finally found a diet that worked for me. I found it easy to slot into my busy work schedule and I saw massive differences in how I felt and also my fitness levels improved.
Being an actress, I found that over the years of being big I was never cast for the roles I wanted and now I finally feel like I have the confidence to put myself forward for dream roles. My fitness levels have improved for when I have a dance audition too which is always a bonus.
In 2014 I was shortlisted for the Slimmer of the Year. It was an amazing experience that boosted my confidence.
