For those who are asking, I am following the 1:1 diet (formerly the Cambridge diet) It is a zero carb, 800 calories a day plan with different steps available to suit your needs. I personally have three 1:1 products a day and a main meal. I am not hungry at all - and I’ve never believed these plans can work! I have weekly one to one consultations with an absolute legend Karen Gibson who really motivates me and kicks my arse when I mess up!! She is very knowledgeable and really cares about each and every client. Karen is always at the end of the phone should I need support - and believe me I have sent bizarre texts at silly o’clock - including asking her to put her pussy away when I’m en route ?? I am amazed with my results in such a short space of time - and I am excited for the next few months. Watch this space - I will be wearing a name badge soon as no one will recognise me ??????
