Hi there! I’m a passionate, motivational and fully accredited 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant based in Hemel Hempstead. With over ten years of helping people reach their weight loss goals—and having personally maintained a 4+ stone weight loss—I truly understand both the challenges and the amazing rewards that come with making lasting, healthy changes. I’d love to support you on your journey!
