I lost 3 stone back in 2012 and have maintained since

        I offer face to face weekly / bi-weekly appointments at my private home office. This is genrally where i also provide my virual video call appointments.

        I have a toy box of little ones as i know it can be hard with littles ones. 

        No Group meetings unless you want to come with a friend or Family member too

Today I messaged my consultant to see if I could collect my products early. This was not a problem. Julie went ahead and made my order and placed it in the small fridge inside her wooden cupboard outside her Summerhouse. When I arrived she was making up orders for clients but stopped to have a chat. She gave my some motivation and a new 21 day challenge card. Julie is amazing! I love the ease and routine of Cambridge Weight Plan. Julie is more than my Consultant, she’s a friend! She is incredibly supportive, through Facebook group, giving tips, motivational quotations and photographs. She puts me at ease in our weekly meeting. I joined 14 weeks ago, I was Diabetic, on three tablets a day; very unhealthy and lethargic with no self-esteem.  I am three dress sizes smaller! I have more energy and a new zest for life. Julie is great. For most of my life I battled with my weight. I actually thought I was genetically predispositioned to be chubby since diets only worked if I barely ate! I was so wrong. I had 3 1/2 stone to lose. It took 3 months on the total meal replacement to lose 3 stone. When we started going up the Cambridge steps to my amazement I continued losing so in total I lost 4 stone. With Julies help I stuck to plan easily. My commitment and motivation with were on point.
