I too tried every diet on the market and failed. I then came across 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and to my delight it worked! I am now proud to say that I am a happy, healthy and confident person as a result of my weight loss. It REALLY does work! Keeping the weight off is easy with our maintenance plan too.
