My weight loss journey started 21 years ago when I had my daughter. My body changed lots and I gained weight. I have tried lots of diets but never got close to my pre baby weight. It was making me so unhappy so I knew I needed to take control & step out of my comfort zone. 

I made the call to my local 1:1 Diet Plan and I started the weight plan, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to stick to it but I was going to give it my best shot. I actually realised that it was the reverse, I loved that it was so simple & straight forward. No weighing & measuring. I’d eat the products & lose weight (the products are so yummy too which helps). What could be more simple. I was soon noticing the differences in my body shape, the weight was dropping off. I couldn't wait to get weighed each week. 

I couldn’t believe it when I got into a pair of jeans I have had for a long time (I never thought I’d get into them) - Whoop Whoop.  I have been able to maintain the weight for the last 10 years with The 1:1 Diet Steps. I’ve had lots of amazing holidays & celebrations during the last 10 years where I over indulged, but I always got straight back on plan when I & got the gain back off. 

My life is so much happier now I'm at my target weight. I love going shopping and feeling happy when I look in the mirror.

Inspirational, positive, motivational & enthusiastic

I just want to say a huge thank you to you for helping me to lose weight. I feel like me again as I had got to a very unhappy point and hated the sight of myself on photographs. There's still a long way to go but with your support I know that it is achievable.

Sam has been so positive, enthusiastic and motivational.
