After having my 2nd child I found it increasingly harder to lose weight but very easy to put it on! I had previously tried other diets but none seemed to last long enough to have an impact.
A few years on, comfort eating became part of my routine along with a glass or two of wine, until my size 16’s were snug. I would not allow myself to knowingly be in any family photos, I became extremely self-conscious about the way I looked and felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I looked online for a solution, I had heard of the Cambridge Weight Plan before but didn’t know too much about it. After reading their website I thought I would bite the bullet and give it a go!
I was committed and motivated, (the star pupil!!) although I found the first two weeks quite difficult. Once I had got myself into a routine, I quickly lost dress sizes and following the plan helped me to stay on track and I soon found myself looking and feeling fantastic in size 12 clothes!!
