I could not believe the difference in a friend who had lost a lot of weight on the Cambridge Weight Plan, and what amazed me more was that she was managing to sustain the weight loss. Having never found a diet that had worked for me, or that I had fully trusted or believed in, I decided to give Cambridge a go based on the success of my friends weight loss and that Cambridge makes nutrition a priority in their products. It made me reassess my food portions and view food quite differently resulting in me hitting my target weight. I can safely say that I would not get behind or be as enthusiastic about a weight plan I did not believe in!!
