I had heard of Cambridge so looked online and found Sally’s profile, she was local and I liked her pictures and her weight loss story so thought I would make contact. Cambridge isn’t something to be gone into lightly, but Sally is always there to help you.  I came to her for support, reassurance and guidance and she was never too busy to respond to a text or phone call. Sally made my weight loss possible and I can’t recommend her more, she’s done it and can help anyone who is ready to make the change.

The only thing I can say to you is thank you, but it doesn't seem enough for giving me the resolution to make the necessary changes. My Consultant Sally Cole has made my journey to loss weight far easier than any other diet or group I have been to. Her support was always positive and encouraging. I found the plan hard at times but well worth it. I would recommend Cambridge Weight Plan to anyone who has quite a bit of weight to lose and with your own Consultant like Sally it makes it a whole lot easier.
