I lost 2 stone* with Cambridge Weight Plan 4 years ago, before becoming a Consultant and I am still maintaining my happy healthy weight using tips, tricks and recipes I learnt from the plan, along with my new found love of yoga!
I believe only half the journey is the weight loss, the other half is maintenance and it is really important to find a balance to suit you along with some activity that you actually enjoy!

It was ropey in parts and sometimes one step forward, two steps back and round in a circle but one change led to another and I can honestly say now, that I have never been happier or healthier for that matter! Having spent 4 years in my late 20's, early 30's on medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol, I was ecstatic when the doctor proclaimed me medication free!!
