Quite simply, I know how to dig deep to keep going and I know how to encourage others to do the same.

In 2021 my life was changed forever. During an operation on my cervical spine, I suffered an incomplete spinal cord injury, which left me paralysed from my neck down and suffering from a rare condition called Brown Sequard Syndrome. I had to teach myself everything again. How to sit, stand and then to walk, how to feed myself etc, all without use of my right side, which has never regained use.

I developed an inner strength I never knew I had, because I was determined to be the best version of this new me that I could be.

It took 3 years and I’m still working on me daily. But I’m back to work and ready to work with you on your personal journey.

I’ve helped hundreds of people lose weight. On average my clients lose a stone every 4-5 weeks. The contact from me and daily support messages make the difference. I WANT YOU TO SUCCEED

Many clients still contact me periodically when they are at goal weight for FREE weigh in, advice or just a chat. I will help you learn how to keep your weight off once you’ve reached your goal, because maintaining is so important.
