HAVING LOST 7 STONE* BETWEEN US IN 5 MONTHS*  WE KNOW THE 1:1 DIET BY Cambridge Weight Plan WORKS LIKE NO OTHER DIET WE HAVE EVER TRIED.

We are mother and daughter and did this diet together back in 2011 when we were both struggling to lose weight dispite trying all the other diets out there.  We had seen a friend who started on the diet losing weight consistently every week so decided to give it a go. This was the best decision we made and it gave us both not only the weight loss we wanted but also a much healthier and happier lifestyle.  We did follow the plan through all the steps until we reached our goal which really helped.

Over these 12 years we have both put some weight back on for various reasons and also managed to lose it again with this great meal plan.  life gets in the way for many reasons but the main thing is to get back on plan, like any diet, and get back to where you want to be so we know only to well the ups and downs of dieting.

Doing the 1:1 Diet has been the best thing i have done.  I was borderline diabetic and a couch potato.  I have lost 7 stone and am now very active, I ride a bike, compete in swimming races and much more, something I had only every dreamed of.  I can't thank Stacey & Lorraine enough for guiding me through, being there and believing in me when I didn't believe in myself.

I gained 4 stone whilst being pregnant and was the biggest I had ever been in my life.  i've never been bigger than a size 10/12 so only had maternity clothes to wear.  I tried to diet for the first few months after giving birth but the weight wasn't shifting so once I was able to I started the 1:1 Diet and apart from the weight falling off it fitted in so well with being a new mum as I didn't have to worry about finding time to cook. thank you Stacey & Lorraine.

I can't recommend Stacey & Lorraine enough.  Being an older lady i find weight doesn't come off very quick and I have a very good social life so diets never seem to last long with me.  But with their help I was able to find a plan that suited my lifestyle and was still able to lose weight.  I'm not at the end of my journey yet but having someone there every week to guide me and be patient when i've had a wobble has been priceless and i know I will get to my goal.
