I offer face to face appts at my home or virtual weigh ins from the comfort of your own home. Product pick ups or direct delivery to your door. 

I personally suffer from hypothyroidism, PCOS, fibromyalgia and am a lady of a certain age!! So keeping the weight off is a constant battle. I have had to learn new strategies to cope with the many challenges that life throws at us. I truly understand the struggles and find it so helpful to chat these things through with people that also suffer. I'm only too happy to spend the time with you to change our mind sets.

I have 13 years experience as a consultant, have attended specialist training in Nutrition, Exercise & Medical awareness and use the plan regularly to get myself back on track. My journey, like yours is a work in progress.

I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 22yrs and since my diagnosis I have always struggled with my weight. I have done a few diets in the past, and lost weight but it’s never stuck, but none as affective and supportive as the 1:1 diet by CWP.

The plan has helped me so much, not by just losing weight, it has also reduced the amount of insulin I need to take and has regulated my blood sugars levels. My morning blood sugars were always high but since starting the plan they are in a much better range.  

Nikki is a massive support to me, she makes contact every week 2 or 3 times to check in and see how I’m doing. If I am feeling like I’ve strayed from plan or think I have eaten too many carbs, Nikki is always on hand to put me straight and says “your blood sugars will tell you if your having too many carbs”.  Thank you Nikki
