My "after" picture shows me still slim to this very day, almost 10 years after I did the 1:1 Diet and lost the weight.  I started early summer in 2010.  I was in my late 40's and dreading the approaching big 50.  I wanted to feel fabulous by 50, not frumpy. And I wanted to lose weight fast to help keep me motivated. I did just this, dropping 4 dress sizes. by the end of that summer.

And I've kept my weight off. How?  By taking a pride in myself.  I eat sensible healthy meals most of the time but I also indulge when I need to.  We have one life and its for living. But I got my mojo back and intend to keep it, always.  And remaining slim really does help inspire and motivate my clients. .

Before I did the 1:1 diet back in 2010, I kept on kidding myself that I was happy being a big girl. But there came a point when I just thought  " enough is enough, I'm going to lose weight, this diet works, I've seen my friends do well on it, it is temporary, I can do "temporary" to make a better me !!", and so I did it and it is among one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.

As a Consultant, I've helped and supported many, many people to lose weight and keep it off too. My motivation is their success, and yep, they may have the odd bad week but then that's life, we park it and move on, the weight loss continues.  We have remained in touch once goal weights are reached and their maintenance starts.  This is done through weekly contact for the first 3 months, then monthly therafter.  This continues for as long as any person feels they need it.  

I can help you too. Just want that change enough, for you, and get in touch. I work on a one to one basis (unless you want to bring someone with you of course). I see people both at my home and will also come to you if you prefer.

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
