About me

15 years ago, I felt like you, looking at the 1:1 Diet website and wondering which Consultant to choose. After two children, I gained weight and went up to a size 18.  I lost 3 stone in 3 months*. I was so impressed with the Plan that I decided to become a Consultant.  I've now supported and motivated 100's of clients on their weight-loss journey. 

I offer private one to one weigh in's in Cirencester or vitrual appointments via facetime.  I also offer mobile visits, telephone support and product deliveries direct to your door anywhere in the UK.

I can support you if you are on weightloss injections to ensure you are getting the right nutrition and provide motivational support. 

I'm a friendly, supportive, full time consultant offering flexible one to one appointments with 15 years consulting experience.
