Over 15 years as a Consultant

With an underactive thyroid and PCOS, trying to lose weight seemed impossible. Then I found The 1:1 Diet. I lost 4 ½ stone in 6 months.  That was over 15 years ago. 

I am the longest serving Consultant in Amesbury and Salisbury having qualified in 2010. I absolutely love helping people. 

A bit about me!

A lot has happened in 15 years! Two children, lots of life struggles and challenges. 

I spent my entire 20s avoiding going out, and if I did I would always wear black. I tried to blend into the background. I ate to cope with life. If I'd had a good or bad week at work, I ate to "reward" myself.  Pasta, bread and cakes were the carb-enemy.   I'm a REAL person who understands life's struggles and I'll always support you - throughout the peaks and troughs! 

WHERE?

Amesbury. I have a dedicated office at home in Amesbury, very close to the town centre -   a relaxed friendly environment. Discussing weight issues is sometimes hard and I pride myself on a discreet, personal and totally confidential approach. There's no judgement here.

I also offer virtual consultations, nationwide. 

Flexible appointments: All appointments are unrushed- there’s no queues to wait in! I take the time to get to know YOU with the aim of being the best mentor for your weight loss journey...

I welcome you on your own or with a friend or family member. 

KIDS & ANIMALS 

Well behaved children are welcome too, plenty to play with! I do have a small friendly Spaniel called Fi who loves a cuddle, but she is quite happy to wait in another room!
