Hi I'm Angie and I'm honoured to be ranked in the Top 3% of Consultants in the country.  I have speciality training in Nutrition, Exercise and Medical needs and won some fantastic Consultant awards, the “Above and Beyond” award, "Highly Commended" award (twice), “Business Building” award and Long Service awards!

I'm here to motivate and inspire you to get your weight to where you want it to be.  I truly understand where you are right now and how much you finally want to lose that weight and more importantly, make sure it stays away.

2010 was the year I became a Consultant. I love to help others achieve their weight-loss dreams and have the same fantastic feeling of wellbeing I have!

Having gone from a size 22 to a size 12 I know how hard some days can be.  I’ve lost 4 stones*, the first 3 stones took 3 months* and I’ve been able to change how I think about food, enabling me to recognise where I could use food for emotional or comfort eating and divert it.  Now I can enjoy food in an appropriate way and I would love to help you do the same.

From 07/10/2024 to 04/11/2024 I did 28 days of the diet and lost a whole stone!*  I made daily video reels with my weigh ins and before/after photos to show how I did it.  Anyone can watch, gain ideas or just enjoy my dieting along with me!  All 28 reels are posted on my Facebook Page and Instagram.

I offer:

  • Support to clients anywhere in the UK, throughout every step of your weight loss journey and on to maintain your new weight
  • Recognition Awards for your weight losses
  • Virtual weekly weigh ins and Consultations.  No appointment necessary, chat via WhatsApp and for your weekly weigh in, send me a photo of your weight (and feet!) on your scales
  • Personal WhatsApp messages throughout the week giving support, encouragement and understanding.  I am here for you to message me any time
  • Orders of your own choice from the full range of 1:1 products.  Once prepared they are available for you to collect at any time, or I can post them to you
