Expert guidance through your plan as I have a wealth of knowledge about everything 1:1 – I’ve been doing this for 14 years now and absolutely love helping with your journey. It's amazingly rewarding. 

Help with product choices and meal ideas. Plenty of fb recipes pages to get ideas from too.

I can see you virtually, having video calls once a week for accountabilit and your products will be posted to you once a month/fortnightly but my support will be here every day that you need it. Either way, I will be keeping a close eye on those scales and your measurements. I will be supporting you every step of the way.  .

I started the One to One diet back in January 2019, overall I have lost 3.5 stone, I reached my target weight in August 19 and have been maintaining since. I am now have a healthy BMI and before I was in the obese Category.

 

My son got married in September 18 and I saw the pictures of myself and didn’t like what I saw. I also had my first grandchild on the way and wanted to be able to run around after her and not get out of breath.

 

I have been dieting on and off for many years and couldn’t find a diet that I could stick to. One to One was the first diet that I could finally stick to. It wasn’t easy at first, but having a consultant on hand every single day, mine being Barbara, really helped me. I believe the combination of the diet and having a consultant that I saw weekly was a great help. There are so many products you can choose from, my favourites are the ready made Milkshakes (so easy for work), Fava beans (really tasty and a nice little snack when on stage 3) and the chocolate bars are lovely, my favourites being Chewy Chocolate and Banoffee bars.

 

Now I have reached target there are times, especially at Christmas where I might put a little on, but I know once Christmas is over I go back on plan for a few weeks and get back to my target weight again.
