I am now a full time dedicated cheer-er-oner, but my story begins as a frazzled toddler Mum snacking on pretty much anything to keep up.  I had tried every conceivable diet from mad fads to big brands, but when my sister asked me to be her bridesmaid, I had the ONE BIG reason I needed to change my life.  

Inspired by a friend's Mum who had a brilliant loss on 1:1 I nervously made a start, I wanted to diet in secret but when my friends saw me swapping my usual calorie laden cream topped hot choc for a black coffee, they asked me what I was doing.  I also couldn't hide it when, in a matter of weeks I'd lost 2.5 stone in time for the wedding and went on to lose 6 stone in total.  I loved the success and the clear boundaries this diet gave me, so I became a consultant to share the joy and help other people who struggle like me. 

Fast forward 15 years and I'm a menopausal Mum to 2 teen boys, working hard to support my awesome slimmers and help them achieve their own results to be proud of.  Everything about this plan has changed my life for the better, if only I could bottle and share this feeling!
