I can't recommend Yasmin enough, she has been a valuable friend helping me to stay on track and talking me through the 'bad' times, helping me to educate my mind so I thought less of good and bad days and more about the overall affect certain foods had on my body and my health. I found the Cambridge Weight Plan filling, it fitted in with my unsociable shift work and seeing the weight drop off certainly gave me a buzz to stick with it. My only regret is that I didn't find Yasmin and the Cambridge Weight Plan sooner. Thanks Yasmin for making me feel ten years younger, fitter and healthier - who needs surgery!

Following years of being overweight, joining slimming clubs and failing, which earlier this year brought me to an all time low about myself, I heard about the Cambridge Weight Plan from a friend and have never looked back. I contacted Cambridge Weight Plan consultant Yasmin, and arranged an appointment. Yasmin was an inspiration to me and made me feel that weight loss was achievable and that I could do this. The first week was hard however, but with on going support and encouragement from Yasmin I stuck to the plan and the weight soon started dropping off. I have now lost a lot of weight and I still can''t believe it. I feel great, I keep thinking I have shrunk my clothes in the wash as they are a much smaller size now, but no they are mine!
