Please don’t waste any more time feeling unhappy about your weight.  I did for years.  I never felt it was the right time and so spent years of misery thinking tomorrow I would start.  Well half-heartedly I thought  “I’ll give this Cambridge Weight Plan thing a go too” and was blown away as to how quickly the weight melted.  Pounds within days, a size down within a short space of time, and felt great too, and I had one to one support with a professional adviser my very own Consultant.  Within months I was 7 Sizes down and the thought of cancelling any social event is no longer an option!  It inspired me so much that I became a Consultant myself and have gone to sponsor other clients who have become Consultants too…and maybe you?  Who knows.
