My daughter attended Bangor Uni and I fell in love with Wales, so  decided to offer Virtual appointments covering all Wales.

A little about me.....                                                                                                               I understand exactly how it feels to be unhappy with your weight, I cried when I got back off holiday and saw my photos!! In 2000 I  was turning 30, had piled on the weight with a change of job, busy life and and becoming a new mum, I was the heaviest I had ever been. Juggling work, home, kids !! I understand and can supoort you. 

I went from nearly 14 stones(size 18) to 10 stone*(10/12) in January 2002. I learnt to maintain my weight  through healthy eating, being more active and changing  eating habits.   Now 55 and menopausal, I also understand the battles of being a 50+ woman.

Losing weight changed my life, I left my job in retail management/training to become a consultant as I felt so passionate about my own weightloss journey, I knew I could help others achieve their weightloss goals too.  I absolutely love my job and helping others!

*I can also suport you if you are using weight loss medication (GLP-1 prescribed)  I can put you on a step which will give you your Protein/nutritional needs
