My daughter attended Bangor Uni and i noticed there was a lack of consultants covering North wales area, so i decided to expand and offer Virtual appointments in the area......

A little about me.....                                                                                                I understand exactly how it feels to be unhappy with your weight, I cried when I got back off holiday and saw my photos!! I was turning 30, had piled on the weight with a change of job, busy life and and becoming a mum, I was the heaviest I had ever been.

I went from nearly 14 stones(size 18) to 10 stone*(10/12) in January 2002. I learnt to maintain my weight  through healthy eating, being more active and changing  eating habits.   Now 53 and menopausal, I understand the battles of being a 50+ woman.

Losing weight changed my life, I left my job in retail management/training to become a consultant as I felt so passionate about my own weightloss journey, I knew I could help others achieve their weightloss dreams too.  I absolutely love my job and helping others!

I am proud to be one of the first consultants in the Northwest area! and won many awards too!!
