I understand exactly how it feels to be unhappy with your weight, In ‘2000’ I was turning 30,  had piled on the weight with a change of job, busy life and and becoming a new mum, I was the heaviest I had ever been, I was taking care of everyone else except me! Sound familiar? 

I went from nearly 14 stones (size 18) to10 stone*(10/12) in January 2002. I learnt to maintain my weight through healthier eating, being more active and changing ‘bad eating habits and lifestyle’.

Now I am a 55 year old menopausal woman, I understand the battles that women 50+ face too.

Losing weight 'literally' changed my life, I left my job in retail management/training to become a Consultant as I felt so passionate about losing my own weight, I knew I could help others achieve their weight loss GOALS too.....I absolutely love my job and helping others!

I know how hard it can be to lose weight, juggling....work..home..family..kids...  I have been there too!!...... I will be with you every step of the way to support you , and then help you to maintain your 'Goal' weight through healthy eating and new habits.
