I fully recommend Bev- Jo Crawford 1:1 Diet because, I have lost 4 and half stone in 5 month on plan.

I find Bev to have personal qualities that are necessary for the job she does. Bev is very keen, enthusiastic and has a genuine passion to motivate people to lose weight, she really does care for her customers and she has a real drive to help people reach their goals.
