WEIGHT LOSS MAINTAINED SINCE 2007!! My Cambridge Weight Plan journey began in February 2007 when I returned from holiday and saw the photo below!
Carol :- My local consultant told me how the plan worked and together we agreed the step that would be best for me. In three months I reached my target of losing three stone! I was delighted with this and began working through the steps to maintain my new weight.
I became a consultant in September 2007 to try and help other people achieve what I had achieved. By sticking to smaller portion sizes, a healthy diet and still drinking plenty of water I have maintained my weight loss for over thirteen years now.
I have so much more energy than I ever did, I even enjoy exercising now. I regularly go walking, jogging, attend Zumba and Clubbercise classes and I have recently started having personal training sessions!
Dave :- In 2007 I started losing weight with The 1:1 Diet when Carol started on the diet. I knew I needed to lose a couple of stone and saw how easy it was! I lost two stone and had much more energy as a result. My weight stayed the same for a long time until a knee injury when I started doing Triathlon training in 2018. The enforced lack of exercise saw me putting weight back on. In Feb 2020 I had surgery on my knee and then Lockdown happened! In this time I decided to join Carol as a Consultant. I understand how difficult it can be to ask someone for help with losing weight, but the benefits are great - I would never have considered Triathlon training in my 50s otherwise!

Carol's working hours are generally 9am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 1pm on Friday & Saturday. Dave is available Friday evening and weekends.
We can accept payment by card, cash, PayPal or bank transfer.
Carol has attended all the extra courses that Head Office offer to Consultants to try and increase her knowledge and offer the best possible service to our clients.

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.

You might have noticed each Consultant has an awards and achievements panel on their profile. Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work. This might be from superb support to all of their clients to help them hit those weight-loss goals, to helping others in their team build their own successful business.
