With over 20 years experience, I have helped thousands of clients achieve their goals over the years. Having lost 7 stone myself in 6 months, all those years ago, I fully understand the challenges and difficulties of maintaining motivation. I'm here to keep you  on track and making progress. I'm  also on hand to navigate and guide you as you move forward into the world of maintance!! As your coach I am commited to getting you to goal and keeping you there!!

I live just outside Billingham and  cover Teesside, Yorkshire and County Durham. I have a wonderful team of consultants with lots of experience and if I'm not able to help you, I will be able to pass you onto someone who can.
