Emma has always been a great support to me during my time as a Cambridge Weight Plan member.  She’s always on hand to offer advice and support at our weekly meeting as well as those not so ‘easy’ days.  Without her I think this journey would be much harder!

I cannot stress enough how fantastic Emma is. She is literally always there for you.  The support is not just around Cambridge Weight Plan products either, when I was going back onto normal food and learning to maintain Emma gave me lots of useful information for vegetarian meals and general health.   With other diets I have felt left in the lurch, I have never felt that with Emma. If anything she doesn't charge enough for all the help she gives. If you are considering Cambridge Weight Plan with Emma, please do it! I cannot imagine a better consultant than her.
