I have been a 1:1 Diet consultant for 20 years, seeing people from all walks of life, with many different weight loss goals. Twenty years ago I lost three and a half stones with this plan, and since then I have maintained my weight loss within a stone of that goal weight.
Throughout the years I have kept up with regular training, and taken every opportunity to learn about nutrition, products, weight loss studies, menopause and weight loss, sport performance and weight management and the tools available to optimise healthy weight loss.
